​Watered Young Adults is the young adult ministry of One Church at True Light. We exist to help young adults grow as committed followers of Jesus Christ—rooted in the Gospel, shaped by God’s Word, connected to the local church, and equipped to live out their faith in everyday life.

Our name comes from 1 Corinthians 3:6–7:

“I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow. So neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but only God, who makes things grow.”

​

We recognize that God gives the growth. Our responsibility is to faithfully plant, water, disciple, serve, and walk together as God transforms lives through Jesus Christ.

Whether you are established in your faith, returning to God, or simply seeking to understand what it means to follow Jesus, there is a place for you to grow with us.

WORD OF THE WEEK

Mondays | 6:45 AM | Virtual

We begin the week by returning to Sunday’s preached Word. Each Monday, a different young adult leads a focused 15-minute devotion highlighting a key truth from the sermon, facilitating discussion, and praying through its application.

DISCIPLESHIP SESSIONS

1st & 3rd Tuesdays | 7:00 PM | Virtual

Our discipleship sessions are a place to dig deeper, grow together, and be transformed by the Gospel. We gather around Scripture for biblical teaching, honest discussion, prayer, accountability, and practical application as we learn what it means to follow Jesus faithfully.

TUTORIALS

1st & 2nd Wednesdays | 6:00 PM | Fellowship Hall

Young adults have an opportunity to serve elementary through high school students through academic support, encouragement, and relationship-building.

Tutorials allow us to take what God is developing in us and pour it into the next generation.

Faith is meant to be lived.

Watered in Action brings us together for evangelism, fellowship, service, and intentional planning for the future. Locations and details vary each month and are announced through our Watered Young Adults GroupMe.
